WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT CATCHERS UNIVERSITY:
"The Catcher U team conducted the best private lesson my son has ever received" -- Chad Tschetter
"...just left the facility and we both had an awesome experience. My son is learning and truly enjoying his training..." -- Johnny Johnson
"I just left Catchers University with my daughter and it was an awesome experience. If anyone has a softball player in the family, I recommend going to see Jeff. He helped my daughter's swing so much in the little time that we were there...by the end of batting practice she was hitting like a pro! Great place and people to work with." -- Jonathan Tristan
"Hey Jeff,
I don't know if you remember us Zach & Toby Holzhuter? Anyway Zach and I were having dinner Saturday night and were talking about you wondering how the school is doing. Looks like all is well.
I thought I'd give you an update on Zach. He graduated from George Ranch HS last May. He was the starting catcher. I don't know how closely you follow high school baseball, but they were ranked in top 5 in the nation for most of the season. Unfortunately they experienced a very disappointing defeat in the 2nd round of the playoffs. Unfortunate and not characteristic of their talent.
Zach received a scholarship from Galveston College to play baseball. He had a successful fall season. He's gearing up for the start of the spring season this weekend. It looks like he will be in the rotation as a catcher, but will primarily be a DH this season.
I've attached a few pictures for you.
The things you taught him are still an important component of his success. Most of all physical fitness. Z is ~5'10", 190lbs and putting on more muscle every time I see him." - Toby Holzhuter

"Mitchell, my 11 year old son, had his first lesson with Coach Jeff on Friday April 7th. Coach Jeff spent an hour with Mitch having him throw, catch, hit, etc to get a good read on where his fundamentals were overall and what they needed to work on. Anthony then proceeded to spend most of the lesson working on Mitch's timing with respect to his batting. according to Jeff, Mitch had a very good swing, but lacked good timing and the skills to anticipate the pitch. It was truly amazing how that 45 minutes of instruction changed not only Mitchell's batting skills but more importantly , his confidence at the plate. He loved it and when he left you could tell he was just brimming with confidence. His team, (Katy Pony Bronco League Cubs) played the next day at 2PM and in his 2 at bats, he hit a single and an inside the park homer. Up until today he had not had a hit in first 5 games of the season. Then to top off the afternoon, he was awarded the game ball. I just wanted to thank Catcher's University and especially Jeff. Awesome place with Awesome people! - Mark Luitwieler
"I have to give some big kudos to Jeff Wilson and Catchers University. Yesterday, Sammy Van Geffen participated in the LSU Pitching and Catching Camp. During the session for catchers on receiving, the coaches used Sammy as the example for the other high school catchers on the perfect way to receive the pitch. Sammy also received much praise on his blocking technique and ability. Big thanks to all of the great instruction from Jeff and Catchers University!" - Steven VanGeffen
